After booking I looked at some of the Facebook photos and realised they use stools. My niece has a disability and I emailed them to ask if they can accommodate her. The emails reply was bring your own chair and table. WHAT They did offer a refund and the phone call I got was even worse
saying that on our web site it doesn't state we accommodate disability people and you should Have seen the photos of the stools before booking. Wow I have never had to deal with such rude people like this for a long time. And having to explain to a person with a disability why i had to cancel was awful enough. What turned out to be a great night out turned out to be stressful and discussing to tell the truth. And when I said I’m writing a review is when I got an apology. You need to be more sensitive to people with disability and there needs they get discriminated enough as it is. after they offered a refund I had to keep chasing them up about it and took for ever to get that refund
Fantastic experience. We held our daughters 21st here and everyone had a ball. Rachel was terrific in teaching the steps and also extremely welcoming and friendly. Can definitely recommend this as a fun night out. 5 stars!
Excellent instruction from a very friendly, talented young lady, I think her name was Rachel. What a great fun night, excellent way to spend Valentine's Day eve.
