What is a night out at VVG like?
After you’ve arrived you’ll be shown to your seat with your paints, brushes, and canvas all ready to go. You’ll be offered stemware for your drinks and shown the fridge where you can keep them nice and cool. Once everyone is seated our talented host will guide you through a fun 2-3 hour painting session while you sip your favourite refreshment, listen to our hand-crafted playlist, and uncover the Van Gogh you never knew you had in you.
What is included in the cost of the session?
Our private events include paints, palettes, easels, brushes, smocks, and glassware, instruction from our resident artist and your masterpiece canvas, which is yours to take home after the session.
What time should I arrive and how long are the sessions?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to be seated, with time to pour yourself a nice drop before we get started.
What do I wear to a session at VVG?
We do provide (very stylish) smocks/ aprons to protect you from any spills so wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
Do I have to copy the host’s artwork exactly?
Not at all. Our hosts are there to guide you but if your creative juices are telling you to go off-script then you’re more than welcome to.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
All sales are final but if you cannot make it to your private event please let us know at least 1 week prior and we will attempt to reschedule. Moving sessions will incur a fee.

Is Vintage Van Gogh Accessible
Unfortunately we don't have access to a disabled toilet, and there's a small 5cm step at the front door of the studio. We can accomodate wheelchairs with a small table, but the rest of the studio uses tall tables and stalls. That you can see in the video on our home page.
